Answers to the most important questions about our trips
In a travel industry that's always changing, it matters that your operator is reliable, accredited, and responsible. We're a qualified, experienced crew with more than 25 years in the business. As a full-service company, we can handle flights, insurance, connections, and extra days before or after your tour.
Send us a request for the full details, including the route. And if you've still got questions after that, our team's always around.
Once your booking's confirmed, we'll send you a detailed guide with practical advice: a packing list and recommendations on any specialized gear.
Pack light and stick to comfortable clothing. You'll be carrying your own bags, and sometimes loading them onto transport yourself, so a backpack or a soft duffel works a lot better than a hard suitcase. Every airline has its own baggage rules, so check with your carrier or our team ahead of time.
Insurance is mandatory for everyone and gets arranged when you book the tour. It needs to cover accidents, medical costs, and emergency repatriation. We'd also recommend adding trip cancellation, third-party liability, and coverage for lost baggage and personal items. On day one of the tour, you'll need to hand over your policy number and your insurer's 24-hour contact line. No policy, no tour.
A lot of countries require a visa arranged ahead of time. Once you book, we'll send over everything you need to apply. Get started early since processing can take a while.
Our tours are built for people with a reasonable level of fitness. Read through the tour description and requirements carefully so you know what you're signing up for. Some routes run through remote areas with limited access to medical help, so being in good shape actually matters. Altitude, cold, delays, new food, and a new culture all take some getting used to too, and on some tours you'll need to carry your own bags. If the guides feel you're putting your health at risk or holding the group back, you might get pulled from the tour without a refund. Talk to your doctor and get any vaccinations you need before you go. We'd also recommend packing a first-aid kit and your personal medication, plus a spare pair of glasses if you wear them, since these things can be hard to find once you're out there. Guides legally can't hand out medication, so bring your own.
Every tour has its own difficulty level, listed right in the description. Not sure where you fit? Give us a call and we'll help match you with the right tour for your level and riding style.
You can, but if you'd rather talk to an actual person, just call us. Our team can walk you through the whole booking by phone, email, or in person.
We show the booking status on every tour page, whether it's open or almost full. Popular tours fill up fast, so it's worth calling to check before you commit.
Yes! Most of our tours run 6 nights, Sunday through Saturday, so you're riding on weekdays and skipping the weekend crowds. Want more time? Stack back-to-back tours together, and you might qualify for a discount too.
Unfortunately, no. But longer tours are built out of shorter stages that run back-to-back, and you can book those separately.
The prices on our site don't include flights, but we're happy to help you track down the best options and fares.
Book as soon as you've decided you're going. Spots go fast, and you don't want to miss out.
50% of the tour price locks in your booking.
Bank transfer, straight to our settlement account.
The rest is due 60 days before departure. Booking closer to that date? Then it's due in full right away.
You'll get a confirmation, arrival and departure details, a map to the meeting point, and guidance on flights, visas, and transport. 30 days out, we'll send a detailed guide your way. And once the trip starts, you'll be added to a group chat with your manager and guides.
Yes, we can set up extra accommodation and help you extend your trip on either end.
Vne Sezonov isn't your typical mass-market tour. We take you to authentic places with experienced, expert guides, mostly by private transport, and you'll be staying somewhere comfortable the whole way.
Most of our guests travel solo, so you're in good company. We offer both single and twin rooms. If you're solo on a twin-share tour, we'll pair you up with a roommate, or you can request a private room for an extra fee.
